Decent and Safe Homes (DASH)
Decent and Safe Homes (DASH) is a project funded by the Government Office of the East Midlands. DASH work with landlords, tenants and Councils to raise standards in housing. The DASH website provides landlords with useful information regarding the 2004 Housing Act, Licensing, the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), as well as access to training events. |
