• Carry out referencing of prospective tenants free of charge
• Assist with the deposit for eliglbe tenants* which includes a full inventory and photos being taken on the day of the sign-up free of charge
• Promote properties being advertised by EMLAS accredited landlords on the First Lets website.
• Provide advice regarding the setting up of a tenancy and throughout the tenancy if needed
• Provide information about the new Local Housing Allowance payment system which replaced Housing Benefit in April 2008
What you will need to arrange yourself:
• Hold keys or attend viewings
• Manage the tenancy or carry out repairs
• Provide tenancy agreements
