If you’re looking for a home to rent it can be difficult to make your application stand out from those of other people who are also trying to rent somewhere. Landlords want to be certain they are renting their home to responsible people who will look after the place and pay their rent on time.

 

Our Good Tenants Scheme can help: register with us as part of the scheme and we will check your references and rental history over the past five years so that we can confirm to landlords that you have previously been a good tenant. When you apply for a property through the First Lets project, this information can be passed straight to landlords so that they know they can rent a home to you in confidence. This can speed up the process and get you into your new home faster.

 

To apply, either contact us for an application pack, or download the following three documents. You must read the Good Tenants Scheme Fact Sheet and Code of Standards carefully before applying, and return the completed application form to us along with a signed copy of the standards, two passport photographs and a copy of one form of identification.
